Dr.Keith Judkins visit, Anaesthesia residents Training Project
تستضيف دائرة التعليم الطبي المستمر في المؤسسة الدولية للتعليم الطبي الدكتور البريطاني كيث جودكينز، أخصائي التخدير والانعاش و متابعة الحروق - بريطانيا، في زيارة عمل تمتد اسبوعين.ويتضمن البرنامج التعليمي للزيارة تدريبا عمليا في غرف العمليات حول مهارات طب التخدير وتخدير حالات الحروق للمقيمين ضمن برنامج التخصص التابع للمجلس الطبي الفلسطيني في مستشفى المقاصد في القدس و المستشفى الأهلي في الخليل بواقع أسبوع تعليمي في كل مستشفى. كما يتضمن البرنامج عقد ورشات تعليمية اسبوعية حول طب التخدير و استخدام التكنولوجيا لتقديم بعض المحاضرات والمواد التعليمية عن بعد والنقاش ودراسة بعض الحالات الطبية التعليمية لتطوير الجانب الاكاديمي لدى الاطباء المقيمين ،وذلك ضمن مشروع المؤسسة التعليمي الخاص بأخصائيي ومقيمي التخدير والذي تنفذه المؤسسة بالتعاون مع الإتحاد العالمي لأطباء التخدير و وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية والمستشفى الأهلي في الخليل و مستشفى المقاصد في القدس.

Dr Keith Qulaified in 1973 at Bristol and after training in anaesthesia, he took up his fisrt consultant post in 1983 at East Grinstead in Sussex, England. He moved to wakefield in 1994, as clinical director of the burn care service.He has served on the Executive comittees of the British burn Assoicaiton, European Burn Association, He is recently active in burn prevention for both BBA and the EBADr Judkins is a visiting instructor in the Palestinian Anaesthesia Residency training Program. During his 2 weeks stay, residents working in 2 different Medical centres (Jerusalem,Hebron ) will have the benefit of improving their clinical skills in different areas of anaesthesia with focus in Burn anaesthesia , also dr.Judkins will conduct teaching sessions about various topics in burn managment and anaesthesia.During Dr.Judkins Stay, and with IMET2000-Pal support, Dr Judkins will present online lectures on regular basis, which is planed to help residents discussing and understanding some of what they meet in regular basis in hospitals, or some unusual cases and clarifying some selected topics as part of anaesthesia training curriculum of IMET2000-Pal visitors.
